Instructions

  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. These add moisture and richness for fluffy pancakes.
  3. Bring Wet and Dry Together: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep pancakes tender; small lumps are okay.
