  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice

Carbonation & Fizz

  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water or soda

Fresh Fruits & Garnishes

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish

Optional Alcohol

  • ½ cup light rum or vodka (adjust to preference)
  • Optional: splash of prosecco or champagne

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Fruit: Wash and neatly slice oranges, lemons, limes, and strawberries into thin, even pieces to enhance both texture and appearance in the punch bowl.
  2. Mix the Juice Base: In a large punch bowl, combine orange, pineapple, and cranberry juices. Stir gently to blend all flavors thoroughly.
  3. Add Sparkle and Fresh Elements: Slowly pour chilled sparkling water or soda into the juice mixture to maintain the fizz. Then, incorporate fresh fruit slices, berries, and pineapple chunks to add vibrant color and natural sweetness.
  4. Optional Alcohol Addition: If desired, gently stir in light rum or vodka, ensuring the flavors remain balanced and refreshing. For extra sophistication, add a splash of prosecco or champagne.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the punch for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled over ice, garnished with fresh mint or basil leaves for a festive finish.

Notes

  • Use fresh, high-quality juices and ripe fruits for the best flavor and visual appeal.
  • Keep all ingredients chilled before preparing to ensure the punch stays cold longer.
  • Pre-freeze fruit juice into ice cubes to chill the punch without diluting it.
  • Taste and adjust the balance between juices and sparkling water to achieve your preferred sweetness and tartness.
  • Prepare the juice base a day ahead (without soda or herbs) to deepen flavor complexity.
