  • 2 slices cooked bacon or 1/4 cup diced ham

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the vegetables and cook any meats like bacon or ham until crisp. Grate the cheese and set all ingredients aside, ready for mixing.
  2. Whisk the Eggs and Dairy: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with milk or cream until fully combined and fluffy to create a tender texture.
  3. Mix in Add-Ins: Gently fold in the chopped vegetables, cheese, herbs, and cooked meats. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fill the Muffin Tin: Grease a muffin tin or silicone molds and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup about three-quarters full to allow room for rising.
  5. Bake Until Set: Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes, until the egg bites are puffed and just set without any wet spots.
