Instructions

  2. Chop and Slice Vegetables: Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, shred or slice the carrots, and thinly slice the red onion. Keeping sizes uniform ensures even flavor and texture distribution.
  3. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the prepared greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, and red onion. Toss gently to mix without bruising the greens.
  4. Add Olives and Cheese: Scatter black or green olives and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top to add salty and creamy flavor notes.
