Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust: Crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish to form an even, compact crust.   2. Make the creamy filling: Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
