Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather and measure all ingredients according to your preferred portion size. Ensure frozen fruit is ready and protein powder is easily scoopable.
  2. Blend the Base Mixture: In a blender, combine milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, and sweetener. Blend until smooth with no clumps remaining.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami Pint: Transfer the blended mixture to the Ninja Creami pint container, filling to the recommended fill line.
  4. Freeze the Mixture: Place the pint container in the freezer for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
