Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, which helps achieve crispy skin. Brush lightly with olive oil, then season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking and better crispiness.
  3. Place Salmon in the Basket: Arrange the fillets skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overlap or crowd them for proper air circulation.
